Orders

By placing an order with us you we will accept that you will have read, understood and agreed to these terms.  

Please check your order carefully as items that are made to order specifically for you are not returnable.

 

Deliveries

A delivery charge may be added to your order.  All delivery dates are estimates and may change, we are not liable for shipping and delivery delays.  Once your order is with the carrier the risk of loss passes on to you.

 

The Products

 

We do our best to describe each product clearly and please be aware that colour representation can vary on different browser software or computer systems.

 

Stock Availability

 

We make to order and hold very limited stock.  This is to prevent waste so we ask for your patience while your order is being made especially for you.  There may be a small amount of items we have in stock and these will be sent out to you within 2 weeks.  All other orders made to order please allow up to 8 weeks.

 

Returning or cancelling an order

Any items that are made to order are unfortunately unable to be returned.

​

Any stock item may be returned or cancelled within 14 days of purchase, each item must be in perfect condition, not worn and with all the labels attached along with any gift that may have been included in your order.  Unfortunately we are unable to offer free returns and we recommend that the item is sent back to us by tracked and signed for mail.
